Port-de-Paix (French pronunciation: ​[pɔʁ də pɛ]; Haitian Creole: Pòdepè or Pòdpè; meaning "Port of Peace") is a commune and the capital of the Nord-Ouest department of Haiti on the Atlantic coast.
